Things you learn

So, learned a few things the last few days: -Whoever assigns addresses to roads can have lapses in judgement -Poor people will buy pizzas no matter how little money they have -It doesn't matter where you go, when tips are horrible, you will get stiffed even in the nice neighborhoods -My daughter is cute, and will get cuter as she gets older -I was not as bad as I thought on my interviews. However, there are others who are just as good as me that has one thing over me each time. On a plus note, I did get a contract job, but for like 7 days. It's at least something more than what I am getting now, and hopefully I can land a more regular job that I can work at to support my family better. Now, on to breakfast!

Back to blogger world!

Hello, world! Well, been a long while. I am currently halfway employed (call it this since I lost my regular job, and only working part time, which counts as being only partially employed), so I figured this would be a good time to start blogging again. I don't intend to catch up on my life since I last made a post, so I will just start as if I am new! Anyhow, I am just frustrated that working as a delivery driver for a local pizza place has been horrible this month. Seriously, it was bad. I was working at some beach locations, and even the area I am in gets some pretty good tip averages, so I wasn't looking to change directions until I got a full time position in my field. Well, it has changed from looking for a job in my chosen profession as an IT guy, to looking for a bartending job, so I can focus on going back to school to actually get a bachelors degree. Yes, I think it is a good idea with this economy to try to make myself marketable for the future. So, now that I have done some blogging on absolutely nothing, I will try to make an effort to come on here to talk every time I get frustrated. Or bored. Or laying in bed next to my lovely wife and just can't sleep due to drinking too much caffeene...
